As you get older your physiology and goals change, so bearing this in mind, your nutrition and exercise need to change. Whether you’re just starting out or have had a bit of a break from a healthy lifestyle, (work, kids and life got in the way), or you want a new direction- there’s help. There are a million reasons why you should take up an exercise and nutrition program. A Sydney University study in 2013 estimated the global cost of inactivity to be around A$90 billion. Sydney University senior research fellow Melody Ding said the cost included the healthcare expenses linked to chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. "These are the diseases associated with physical inactivity," Dr Ding said.

I'll work with you to start fitting exercise into your life. We will make small changes together, bit by bit. Revamping your entire lifestyle in one fell swoop is overwhelming, unrealistic and unachievable. Bad habits creep into one's life gradually. They don't just magically appear overnight. You can't just undo them in a weekend. You need to undo things bit by bit and create new habits- that's just re-programming. Sadly, it is a question of just doing it. It's not easy sometimes, but I'll give you support and help you through.
