Interested in group exercise? We have lots of classes!

  • Les Mills

    • Body Attack: Simple high impact work interspersed with short periods of advanced muscle conditioning.

    • RPM: Indoor cycling where you ride to the rhythm of music.

    • Body Pump: A non-impact workout using barbells and weights that exercises the major muscle groups.

  • Instructor’s Choice

    • XT-Circuit: A circuit training class combining cardio, strength and core exercises to get you working.

    • Boxing: A group exercise class, working in pairs and using various boxing drills and techniques to give you a great workout.

    • WAR: A combination of boxing moves, martial arts moves and bootcamp style exercises.

    • Bootcamp Blast: (NEW) A 40 minute military style circuit class using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises.

    • Cycle: A medium to high intensity, low impact workout using stationary bikes for cardio health.

    • Pilates: Learn how to breathe and improve your posture to maximize abdominal control and strength.

    • Yoga: Encourages strength and flexibility through yoga poses and breathing to help relieve stress.

  • NewFit

    • H.I.I.T: High intensity interval training. One of the latest fad's in the fitness world. Short intervals of intense exercise to get your heart rate up followed by short breaks. This class will make you sweat! Bookings Essential!

    • BIG H.I.I.T: Larger version of our regular H.I.I.T class. Run in the main group exercise room.

    • Short Circuit: 30 minute circuit class. We offer 3 versions of this class; CORE, UPPER BODY and LEGS. Using our unique floor and a variety of equipment, you will find these classes different and educational. Bookings Essential!

  • Low impact, low to moderate level of fitness

  • Medium to high impact, moderate to good level of fitness   

  • High impact, good to exceptional level of fitness

  • Intense exercise

Our classes are open to beginners as well as veteran's alike.

Access & Customer Service

  • Access is available for up to 20 hours per day, 7 days a week for members.

  • There are staffed hours everyday, except public holidays.
