Using stationary bikes, this medium-to-high intensity class delivers a low impact workout that's easy on the joints while working wonders for your cardio health!

SHORT CIRCUIT

We offer 3 versions of this 30-minute circuit class: CORE, UPPER BODY and LEGS. Using our unique floor and a variety of equipment, these sessions will motivate and stimulate the body and the brain! Bookings essential.
